Homeless Veterans Stand Down 2018

This event, sponsored by the Salem VA Medical Center, Total Action for Progress, The Roanoke Valley Veterans Council, and the Virginia Employment Commission, will provide homeless veterans with the services they need including:
- Employment opportunities
- Veteran benefits and counseling
- Legal counseling
- Housing information
- Health screenings
- Linkage to community resources
- Hot lunch
Shuttle service will be provided to and from the VMAC, RAM House Day Shelter, Rescue Mission, PRRC, and the Salvation Army on the day of the event.
