To be eligible for this program, either you or your spouse must have served at least one day in the U.S. Military, with a discharge status other than dishonorable, and your income must be equal to or less than 50% of the Area Median Income (AMI). To find the maximum income for your area, click the “plus” sign next to the location where you live.
