Anyone may participate in the First-Time Homebuyers Education Workshops or receive default counseling and one-on-one pre-purchase counseling.

First-time homebuyers interested in downpayment assistance must have an income that is equal to or less than 80% of the Area Median Income. To determine the maximum income for your locality, click the “plus” sign next to the locality where you live. To find out more about the Down Payment Assistance Program call 540.283.4916.
