What is the Total Action for Progress Project Recovery Program?

Project Recovery works with public school students who have dropped out of school. These students are located by our staff and are encouraged to further their education. We assist with re-enrollment in public schools or alternative education programs.

Our services are available to residents of Roanoke City.

Is there a cost for this program?

There is no cost to approved clientele for this program.

How can I access services?

The Center for Educational Opportunities is located at the Roanoke Higher Education Center, 108 N. Jefferson Street, Suite 306 in downtown Roanoke, Virginia. Am I eligible for this service?

Anyone who has dropped out of school and lives in the service area is eligible for this service.
